I became acquainted with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome when I was just a University Student, back in Nigeria I had the unique privilege of listening first hand to him teach and preach. His message of Christ has become my doctrine and I have learned how to put this word to work in my life with tangible results.
When I hear people say the miracles that attend the ministry of the man of God Pastor Chris Oyakhilome are fake, I can tell right away that their understanding of the gospel is limited. For those of us, who have become disciples of his message – ardent followers of the gospel according to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome we have gone beyond witnessing the miracles, we have become workers of miracles like our Pastor.
A few months ago, I noticed a growth on my wrist and I immediately laid my hands on it and “cursed it” in the name of Jesus. Shortly afterward, I consulted with the Doctor who told me it was a ganglion; according to Microsoft Encarta – a ganglion (cyst), in medicine is a harmless swelling or cyst developing within a tendon sheath, usually at the wrist. He told me that it can be removed by surgery but it would probably grow again. So, I should just ignore it because it’s pretty harmless.
I didn’t like this at all, I tried to imagine living the rest of my life with a growth on my hand but knowing it was inconsistent with God’s word concerning me – I rejected this thought. Every time I saw the swelling, I would touch it, speak in tongues and declare God’s word concerning me.
One day, I sat in conference with myself and I began to reason with God’s Spirit within me….
- Yes, it’s harmless but it’s ugly.
- Yes, it’s not painful but I don’t have to live with it.
- I can’t get rid of it by surgery but God’s word can “cut it out”.
The verdict – it’s got to go!! And that was final. Guess what? A few days ago, I noticed that the cyst had kind of broken down and I now had some kind of gelatinous substance under my skin. And in a matter of days – two[2] days to be precise, it was all dried up and the skin was back to normal.
The growth dematerialized – it just completely disappeared; I called my Doctor and he was so excited he shouted praising God. This is just one of so many testimonies, I have maintained my body in health using the gospel according to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and I have also become a healer – laying hands on the sick and casting out devils in the name of Jesus with signs and wonders following.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome!! An enigma? Not to me, but to a few misguided and isolated group of people who talk without a definite knowledge of the man of God I am privileged to call my father. Like you always say….”to know you, is to love you” if they only knew you they would love like I do. My first opportunity to hear you was over 20 years ago – that’s a lifetime but through the years, one thing about you has remained consistent, your gospel. I can sum it up in words I saw on a card several years back “AUTHENTIC CHRISTIANITY…..the gospel according to BLW”.
I heard you sing a song during a meeting several years ago and it has become an anthem, it communicates your love for Jesus and your passion for souls:
I heard the story of Jesus
Sounded like music to my ears
Beautiful story of Jesus
Dispelled my doubts and all my fears
How marvelous is this love
Brought to me from above
Oh it’s not just a story but reality
Beautiful story of Jesus
This world is longing to know
Wonderful story of Jesus
I’ll take it wherever I go
Tell of His love for this world
To save every man, woman, boy and girl
Oh it’s not just a story
Oh that plain and simple story
Became real to me
TODAY, the story has become real to me, I feel that love in all that you do and say, thank you for showing me the face of our Father, thank you for shining the light that has become my guiding star. Today, I now share this “plain and simple story” and it’s all because of you.
