The Healing Ministry of Pastor Chris http://www.christembassyhealingschool.org/new/abouths.phpis taking God’s healing presence to the nations and peoples of the world with numerous testimonies of miraculous healings and restorations from all over the world. I came across an article titled Pastor Chris: faith of fake healer? Interesting title don’t you think? Let me share this testimony with you:
A few years ago, I discovered a huge lump in my breast and I was shocked because I do regular checks and there was no trace of a lump before that fateful day. Having learnt the word of God on divine healing and divine health, I refused to fear and I immediately set the principles in motion – and I would lay my hands on my breast and talk the word. You know…”keep saying it, don’t stop talking it?” Well, I continued for the space of about two[2] years with no apparent results [I say apparent because I know I had set my faith in motion and it was already at work] until I attended this meeting with Pastor Chris and my story changed.
During the course of the meeting, Pastor Chris as usual started to minister to the sick, and then he did something that was not the usual – he called for a special group of people, special because I belonged in that group. He wanted to join his faith with ours if we had situations or challenges in our lives that our faith had so far not been able to change. I forgot about myself completely and was signaling a friend across the hall, I wanted him to grab this once in a life time opportunity; when he got up to go forward, then a light came on in my head and I remembered that I needed help too. I went forward and as Pastor laid his hands on me, I went under the power……when I got up, the lump had dematerialized. I called a doctor friend and she checked me thoroughly – it was gone. Honestly, I wept profusely and I could understand the feelings of the writer of Psalm126 that says “when the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream, then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, the LORD hath done great things for them. The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad”

If you don’t believe in what is done by the name of Jesus Christ and you say is fake , that means you are surely saving the other kingdom which is of the darkness, what is done in His name is real, and those who believe get saved ,and you because you don’t belong to the Kingdom of light you will continue being against it.

Pastor Chris, though i only watch his preachings on TV and never seen him in person, his messages has CHANGED my life. Are they still talking about Pastor Chris? Pastor now has many sons and daughters who talk, act and heal exactly like him. Does that mean we’re all fake? If that’s the case, then I LOVE THIS TYPE OF ”FAKE HEALING”. I no longer ask for healing , I’ve become the healer.

im sure you havent read where THE REAL LIVING GOD says ” there is no other God “or god” beside me…” in Isaiah. you should be careful what you say… It reminds me of an incident in the book of Acts where some guys after being amazed with what Paul and Banabus did decided to call the “gods” as u are calling pstr chris, please read what they told them, it will help u interms of saying such dangerous statements.

Some people lack a good sense of judgment,and because of this they tend to criticize all they see not knowing how to base their conclusions on facts,
when someone says that something is fake ,it must mean the original exists and he has a way of prooving it
its really sad for me to have observed that most people who critisize miracles or faith healers dont even know the bible,they just quote a few scriptures carelessly and then say that the flock are being led astrey as though they belong to them,

I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY,BECAUSE IT IS WITH GREAT HONOUR TO BE TALKING ABOUT A MAN OF GOD PASTOR CHRIS. I GREW UP IN A CHRISTIAN FAMILY AND GROWING UP I HAVE KNOWN NO OTHER RELIGION,BUT CHRISTIANITY. I BELIEVE THAT GOD WAS ALIVE ONLY BECAUSE I WAS TAUGHT SO, GROWING UP WAS FINE BECAUSE I HAD MY MOM AND DAD WHO LOOKED AFTER ME.
BEING A TEENAGER WAS TOUGH BECAUSE I HAD ALL THIS CHOICES TO MAKE AND IT REALY WAS NOT EASY BECAUSE THERE WAS PEER PRESSURE AND WANTED TO DO THINGS ONLY BECAUSE MY FRIENDS WERE DOING IT.
AT THE AGE OF 17 YEARS I FELT PREGNANT AND WHEN I FOUND OUT, I WANTED TO COMMITT SUICIDE, BECAUSE I WAS SCARED AND VERY YOUNG TO HAVE A BABY.
FORTUNETLY! NOTHING HAPPENED TO ME AND MY BABY AND I THANK GOD!WHEN MY BABY ARRIVED IN THIS WORLD SADDLY MY DAD PASSED AWAY, I FELT THAT LIFE WAS SO UNFAIR. SHORTLY AFTER MY DAD\’S FUNERAL, MY MOM STARTED GETTING SICK AND SHORTLY AFTER HER ILLNESS WE FOUND OUT THAT SHE IS HIV POSITIVE AND THAT ACTUALLY MY DAD DIED FROM IT. THOSE WERE VERY DIFFICULT TIMES FOR US AS A FAMILY. BECAUSE SHE HAD TO LEAVE HER JOB AND STAYED HOME AND NOBODY WAS WORKING AT THAT TIME. WITH GOD\’S GRACE I GOT A LEANERSHIP AND IT WAS PAYING SO I MANAGE TO SUPPORT MY FAMILY. AFTER THE LEANERSHIP WAS FINISHED I HAD TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB AND WITH GOD\’ GRACE I NEVER STRUGLED TO GET ONOTHER JOB, AND I REALLY THANK HIM. AFTER THAT I STARTED TO GET ANOTHER JOB AFTER THE OTHER. PRESENTLY AS WE SPEAK I AM AN INTERN AT OUR LOCAL MANICIPALITY, AND TO BE HONEST I DONT REALLY KNOW HOW COME. BUT I SURELY KNOW THAT GOD WORKS IN MISTIROUS WAYS. Hello Lisa I love your word of encoragement to Douglas Stephen..I think they are not just aware of what the power of God can do…I mean they are ignoramos of the word..If they know the word they wont have been talking like this as they dont know if miracles are real..
Well,I think we should just preach more to them so as to change their though and I think they will believe and if they dont believe their blood will be on them becuase the bible says when the word of God comes freshly(permit me to use freshly becauase the word becomes new every day),its not everyone that will accept it..So we should try and motivate and tell them more about the word and I pray may God let them hear in the mightly name of Jesus.

Douglas and Stephen all i can tell you is that my family and I are living testimonies of the word heard from my father Pastor Chris. I said my father because i have been raised from my youth till date through the engrafted word that has made me who i am.
In 1990 my Elder brother was stabbed by cult members on his chest, with the word i heard from this man of God put to work my brother escaped death with a 2inch space to get his heart.
In 1994 this same brother of mine had a power bike accident and almost lost his life his dentitions are artificial till date but at least he can eat and smile.
My sister was kidnapped by kidnappers who couldnt go too far with her bcos we put to work the word we heard from this same man of God.
In 1996,at FGGC calabar in my SS3 just about the first day of my WAEC exam, i woke up with scales covering my eyes, didn’t think it was anything serious until i became blind. For the first time i knew wat the blind went thru.
In 1997 Christ embassy camp meeting at the national stadium in surulere, i got healed, i mean healed. today my two eyes are working perfect.
My Dad one evening while trying to close the door slumped and i can say he went dead bcos he was lifeless, completely paralyzed in the hospital i felt helpless but i could only remember the words i heard from this man of God,i took the best of what i had bcos i understood the Doctrine of Seed,vow to God.
I remembered the king in the bible that slew his first son as a sacrifice to God to defeat his enemies, i believe you know that story.
I sowed the word, i gave to God and he didnt let me down. May be i could have lost my father if i didnt hear those words of wisdom to know what to do, to spring up my faith, to declare the word. My Father is alive and well from full paralysis to partial and now he has fully recovered. He did his own part of remaining in the word knowing the devil would want to come back.
How can you explain this?
I tell you Pastor Chris is a TRUE MAN OF GOD.
Get to listen to his teachings without any anger or bias and your life will take on a new meaning.

I must say this to all who critisized Pastor Chris..Why donnt you stop it and read the Bible for your own sake but dont rather listen to what people says becuase what people say is not what is going to inherit you to the kingdom of God..
Have you forgotten Nicodemos who came to meet Jesus and in the middle of the night and Jesus telling him expect if a man being in ‘Christ’ or born again he shall not inherit the kingdom..He doesnt know how a man can be born again..He became more confused by the words of Jesus Christ..Why dont you accept whatever preaching he must have preached to you and used those words for youself..

Well, Jesus said search the sciptures (Jn 5:39) and the apostle Paul in 2 Tim.2:15 told us to study to show ourselves approved unto God.
My advice to Douglas and Stephen is to get a study bible, but firstly if you’ve not actually not given your lives to Christ, please do so and my prayer for you guys is in Eph.1:17-19. The answers to that you seek is in the scriptures

Greetings to everyone on this blog. I would like to point out something very plain about people who go about painting red the names of men of God. The truth is that the ways of God are not the ways of men. Jesus on his physical stay on earth worked miracles that still remain mysterious and unbelievable to carnal minds. I strongly believe in miracles, i’m a living testimony of the fact that with faith a man(me in this case) with heart problem( arhythmia-irregular heart beats) could get well. This happened while i was in my second yr in the university and i knew i had to pour out my heart to him for help. Up there in my hostel after a short prayer with faith i observed that my heart was beating normal. Study the word of God and live a victorious life!!!!!

Please you guys should see were Doug and his friend are coming from. He said his father is a penticostal pastor. I beleive some firebrand brethren must have met with some of his father’s members and really taught them the word of God and as usual they left for Christ embassy. Can’t you hear the bitterness in his words. He is an angry young fellow. I am so sorry for him. At this age he is carrying so much bitterness. He must be looking older than his age.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. The miracles Jesus performed yesterday can be performed today by those who believe in Him.
Those who criticize Pastor Christ should be forgiven by God. They are perishing because of lack of knowledge. Do they mean to tell us that God does not exist any longer? Do they mean to tell us that God’s work on earth must stop since Jesus Christ died? They should know He rose from dead and lives with His father in Heaven. Have they forgotten that Jesus Christ gave us the authority to use His Name to get whatever we want from His Father in faith? Without faith you cannot please God, I am advising critics to put their faith to work and see what God can do through human beings who have been anointed to do God’s work.
Pastor Chris is not fake. My prayer is that God should raise more men of his calibre to liberate mankind from the pangs of the devil and its agents.

skeptics who are jealous will always be jealous, instead of them to listen to the Word of God and be impacted, they are too proud of themselves because of the honor they are receiving from men. some people are still living in the before of God. God has moved, just like the old testament is in the before of God. please come into the now of GOD. dig into his word asking the holy spirit to teach you and when you read that jesus christ is the same yesterday today and forever and you search to find the things that he did yesterday then you know that he would also do them today and forever.
Jesus went about doing good, healing the sick and casting out devils. and when he was leaving he said that if you believe on him greater works than what he has done shall you, this you do.
the question is not about Pastor chris its about you. who are you?.
are you truly a christian? do you believe in the ressurection, and all the great acts that are recorded in the bible?
if you do when you see a miracle you should lift up your hands and warship God cos thats the pruff that your christianity is real.

I don’t think you should hold any grievance against Doug and his brother Stephen, they are only short of understanding both of the scriptures and the times.
Anybody who is conversant with prophesies will know that their comments are only expected in this day and age.
I’ve watched so many teachings and healing services of Pastor Chris and i must say that his teachings are deeply inspired by God. I’ve been a pentecostal all my life but I’ll never doubt this man of God. True, at some point in the beginning, many of us were skeptical, but God himself has vindicated Pastor Chris and his ministry.
Where are all those detractors who spoke evil about him at the beginnning? Some have died, others are silent forever, but Pastor Chris is working mighty miracles all over the world, holding the largest crusades ever seen in London and South Africa.
Let”s only pray for the redemption of the souls of Doug and Stephen. Let’s ask God to forgive them, for they know not what they say. And let’s pray that they, if and when they need miracles, will find their way to one of Pastor Chris’ meetings.
The Bible says Judge not, that ye be not Judged.

In all honesty, I find your responses and the responses of your fellow cohorts rather childish. You acknowledge that Doug is young, and instead of encourage you blast him and denigrate him.
A few questions for any of you reading this that are pro-Chris:
If we are so wrong and you are so right, why do you all refuse to correct us scripturally?
If we are so ignorant why not enlighten us biblically?
If we are so reprobate why not appeal to us doctrinally with the gospel?
Forgive me if I’m being presumptuous but it seems as though none of you care for our salvation. You are far more concerned with protecting/backing your “god” (not my words but your own). I find this rather shocking and disappointing.
If you disagree, fine, but at least correct us with grace, point by point, with scripture references debunking any claims we may have made, not making assumptions about our salvation, our maturity, denigrating us because we may be young, because I have a picture with a baby (who happens to be my cousin), etc. All these have nothing to do with correct, sound, biblical doctrine. Ad hominem attacks are what you accuse us of carrying out, yet you attack us in that very way.
Your actions and words are lacking in grace and humility and none of you do a great job in edifying those you feel are so far off the mark.

@Douglas, your comments are most interesting. Your father might have been a Pentecostal pastor and former itinerant evangelist and you may actually have attended miracle meetings to last you a life time but I would rather say that you do not have enough basis to say Pastor Chris is a false prophet and you should really be careful with your pronouncements.
Jesus said in John 14:12, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also;and greater works than these shall he do…” This same Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead, cast out demons and says those that believe in Him shall do greater works…isn’t it in His name Pastor Chris does the miraculous? Or have you ever heard him preach or pray in any other name apart from Jesus?
The truth is Jesus is alive and in His name glorious miracles are wrought by Pastor Chris. How else can we explain the awesome presence of Jesus and the miracles and healings that take place in Pastor Chris’ meetings. I was your age just about 5years ago and I remember all so well how that my friends and I then were crazy about the business of working the Word.. as teenagers, we took advantage of every opportunity to work miracles and we saw these same things happen… By the way, I also have a penticostal minister for a father; I’ve been part of more miracle meetings than u have “attended” in your 17years of life- even organised some of them as a teenager; I have seen my mother restored to perfect health after a stroke that paralysed her whole body…. Boy, I could go on and on but I honestly don’t think it’s worth my while now.. Maybe if you’ll put up a more authentic and reasonable argument i might bother to take you on… I just would to GOD that u watch your steps and dont go threading the same path our religous fathers who have gone ahead of us took- ‘cos so far, it’s not done them or the world much good!

I have been in more miracle meetings than you have had hot dinners my friend – my father is a Pentecostal pastor and former itinerant evangelist!
I have been there to pick up the pieces when a family member dies after being proclaimed healed by some so-called man of God, so please do not dare to say I do not know what I am talking about, because believe me, I’m may be only 17 but I know more than you folks!

There is no need defending or explaining what Pastor Chris Oyakhilome P.HD is or doing. If you know God, you will know that it is a simple demonstration of the word of God at work. John 14:12 “he that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also: and greater works than these shall he do because I go to my Father.” It is a statement of fact to all that believe, so let those that believe manifest their belief, for others I believe when they need a miracle they will understand. In all these years I have never witnessed or even heard of a pre-arranged miracle. Viewers of the television programme Atmosphere for Miracles[AFM] while it aired on free to air local channels in Nigeria can also testify that there was never a report of a pre-arranged miracle, even the worst skeptics could find no valuable evidence to support their animosity towards the programme. I presume AFM was hugely popular because of its credibility and inspiring values going by the millions of viewers who tuned in regularly. The programme was yanked off our local screens some years back not because of fake miracles but rather a dubious blanket ban on the airing of miracles by Nigeria’s television regulatory body.
I had a friend who had problems with hearing in his right ear, I decided to take him for one of the healing services with Pastor Chris where he was taught on increasing his faith, a few weeks later he received his healing miraculously after a meeting with Pastor Chris. I think people would always bowdlerize the work of a great man because the greater you are the more detractors you are likely to court, after all JESUS CHRIST was demonized by the Jews
Our great man of God Pastor Christ is answerable to no man except God and he has being blessed in many ways by God. I believe Pastor Chris came for such a time as this to give people’s lives a meaning by reaching the world with the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ

I am so fed up with all these people who seem hell-bent to prove that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is not a man of God. For goodness sake, when will they stop? When will they rest from all their struggles? Isn’t it evident that he is a man of God? Is God so wicked as to allow millions to be carried away by this man? If indeed he is a fake healer (as some claim) for crying out loud, why haven’t people turned from following him? If you ask ‘me, he definitely is a man of God because God won’t sit back, fold his arms and watch a man embarrass Him (as a matter of fact, God cannot be embarrassed). How can the testimony of ONE man qualify to discredit a man through whom thousands have received their healing? For the people who hung on to ONE man’s testimony, why didn’t they seek out more people to back up their story? How come no one considered that the man who claimed to have been offered money to sit in a wheelchair was just a scam? Did anyone think that the money he claimed to have been offered was actually given to him so he could frame up Pastor Chris? How come he has no witness or alibi? Where is the pastor who called him or offered him the money? Who is this pastor?
At the end so many questions begging for answers and not a dime worth of good reading, if you a little bit interested in good literature

We believe in Jesus because we read the stories of the miracles he performed in the bible. I remember the story of the woman with the issue of blood who said to herself, ‘if only I can touch the helm of Jesus’ garment’. Was she healed? Emphatically, YES.
Why the emphasis on faith or fake healer? The bible says ‘without faith, it is impossible to please God’. So, how would one receive healing without exercising faith? It is so amazing how faith works; Mrs. Onatafe watched Pastor Chris teaching on television and when her case was mentioned, she believed the message was for her; she fell under the anointing and was healed.
I find it difficult to believe that in this generation, people are still struggling with their faith, waiting for Jesus to appear physically and lay his hands on the sick before healing will take place… For me, I have passed the stage where anything other than the Word of God can move me. In other words, people should leave sentiments and criticism like the hypocritical Pharisees and start studying their bibles instead of believing watery junk magazines and cheap soft-sell newspapers.
The Word of God still works and cannot be stopped, Pastor Chris has been called by God to heal the sick and save the unsaved; this is what brought me to where I am today. Through his teachings, I heard, received and now I AM SAVED!
